An established footwear retailer operating 16 stores located in Atlanta, Orlando, and Tampa, Shoe Land hired Kim Parrish Creative Services to develop a cohesive syle for its promotional materials, starting with a new logo and retail branding system.

 

Tampa is a great city, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL, and the champion Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team of the NHL (go Bolts!). The Greater Tampa Bay area has over 4 million residents and they all have something in common — they all need shoes! Our client Shoe Land provides footwear for all occasions, promising its customers "High Fashion. Low Prices."

Our creative graphic design work for this client included a brand new logo, which features a freestyle, bright green "SL" cleverly designed in the shape of a shoe, resting on a stylish black disc. From there we went vertical with a cohesive family of interior retail posters featuring "the perfect shoe" for kids, parties, business, and casual. Next we created exterior branding for the stores; focusing on value, styles and selection. KPCS also created a wide variety of retail signage and event posters, all designed to reinforce the high fashion/low price promise.
